Renewable Nitrogen Soil Conditoner

Plantee is the high yielding cellulose-based based renewable and clean nitrogen fertilizer and ligno-cellulosic soil conditioner that has natural nitrogen, bio-proteins, and naturally occurring iron, zinc, copper, boron, and phosphorus.

Plant Nutrition

Many microorganisms in soil and water carry a negative charge, which enables them to attract nutrients and to move freely about humus and clay colloids with cation exchange capacity.
The positively charged particles attract the humus particles. The symbiotic rhizobia and mycorrhizal fungi on the roots of the plants through ion exchange transfer the nutrient particles to the root during photosynthesis in the presence of sunlight.

Soil Conditioning

Plantee conditions soils like red soil, laterite soil, alluvial soil, sandy soil and black cotton soil by providing naturally occurring calcium, phosphorus, boron, zinc and lignocellulosic bio-protein with organic matter (OM), and dissolved oxygen and nitrogen.

The manufacture of chemical fertilizer is an energy-intensive process, consuming non-renewable natural gas and releasing greenhouse gases like Carbon Dioxide, Nitrous Oxide and Methane.
Nitrogen-based fertilizers are made from ammonia, which consumes five per cent of the natural gas produced globally. This quantity of natural gas amounts to two per cent of the total energy consumed globally. Methane is emitted during the production of fertilizer.
The chemical fertilizer run-off from the fields increases the nutrient levels in lakes and rivers and results in a spurt in algal blooms causing marine eutrophication.
These algae may take up all of the oxygen from the water and thus ruin other marine life. The residual nitrate leaches into the groundwater increasing nitrate concentrations above the permissible level. Urea and DAP fertilizers make soil acidic. Plantee aids soil pigmentation and restores the soil’s natural appearance discoloured by fertilizer.

Renewable cold process bricks and panels from waste and soil

Roy Research and Technology has developed a unique process to u bio-se char and fly-ash for lightweight panel, building blocks, bricks etc. Through its proprietary eco-bonded binding technology with double bond carbonated poly calcium silicate formation. This technology eliminates toxicity and breath-ability factor. Thus having the potential as a good building material, while offsetting about millions tones of bio-char from bio-char culture, pulverized ash annually produce in India by the numerous thermal power station, also from other agro waste.

 

This technology allows various type of clays, soils, agro waste based bio-char ash lignin etc. to make green building blocks bricks and panels. The technology proves not only scope of utilization of huge volume of various grades of fly-ash but also reduces precious agricultural top soil and consumption of coal in making conventional clay bricks. Also, this eliminates the drying system of bricks through brick kilns.

 

Panels, blocks, bricks have gotten pleasing bright gray colors and other Eco-friendly color can be cooperated.   Also they are uniform in shape and smooth in finish. Also they require no plastering. They are of dense composition uniformly shaped. They are lighter in weight than the conventional one and less porous too and total replacement of conventional brick.

 

So far the brick making is concerned, a continuous unit of 10,000 – 50,000 bricks production per day per shift with 65% to 70% *bio-ash loading with average weight approximate 2.0 Kg to 2.5 Kg. R & D and also infrastructure are extra. Regarding block with male / female grove which is larger than conventional brick will weight around 3 Kg. Single Block making machine through the internal combustion engine without electric facility can produce1500 – 2000 blocks per day per shift with 70% – 80% bio-ash loading factor.

Note: This is to note that the crushing strength of interlocking blocks aided by modified Co-bond is on an average 230.76 Kg/cm2 after a 28 day cure.

The standard building requirement is 125 Kg. per m.

The blocks are made by incorporating fly ash along with modified co-bonding within 24 hrs. The strength becomes 27 Kg. per Sq. cm. in 28 days.

Biorefining Biomass fertilizer to ethanol

Biomass Fertilizer Plantee’s natural effect on plant cellulose yields higher and better quality bio-mass sugar value for the production of more ethanol from the same quantity of biomass.

If the biomass used to produce ethanol is cultivated with hydrocarbon-based fertilizers, it defeats the purpose of producing renewable energy.

The manufacture of chemical fertilizers consumes about 5 per cent of the natural gas produced globally. The cost of Natural Gas makes up 90% of the cost of producing ammonia – used to make nitrogen compounds used in chemical fertilizers.

Industrial Waste to Resource

Roy Research and Technology has invented a technology to recycle waste like asphalt or coal tar and solid waste to make products. Bitumen as asphalt or coal tar is available as bottom waste from petroleum refinery and steel industries. The process recovers hydrocarbons from left over asphaltic tar sand and converts them to products.

How to apply Rass-O’-Nil Rust Preventive

The method of applying Rass-O’-Nil® conductive rust preventive on HR and CRCA metal. It is very important to clean and prepare the metal surface properly for better passivation.

Rass-O’-Nil application method for fresh steel:

Step 1: Remove all foreign matter – grit, dirt, cement particles, carbon particles, primer etc by brush. Dust off the loose particles. Wipe the metal surface with a clean cloth.
Step 2: After cleaning the metal surface, mop the metal with a medium density foam roller/section dipped in Rass-O’-Nil to evenly thin film the metal surface. The surface should not be made very wet because this is a nano-coat and excess liquid will be wasted. When the metal surface is dry to touch it can stored for future use.

Points to note:
i) Wear rubber gloves during surface preparation and coating Rass-O’-Nil G.
ii) During spray application the operator must wear glasses to protect the eyes.
iii) Rass-O’-Nil has no instant effect on the skin but wash exposed skin with water
after using Rass-O’-Nil.
iv) Rass-O’-Nil is not inflammable and is not combustible. Store Rass-O’-Nil in a sealed container. Do not add water to Rass-O’-Nil. This will damage the material.
