Protect Metal on sea / ocean transit with Rass-O'-Nil
Rass-O’-Nil ®technology protects structural and fabricated steel surface, and paint and topcoat from corrosion in transit by ship on high seas.
The salty atmosphere corrodes the metal and the paint flakes off.
Rass-O’-Nil enhances the finish coat's adhesion to the metal, protects it and the metal from creep rust in harsh conditions, and improves the finish’s quality. Depending on the metal type and condition, the coverage could go up and costs come down.
Rass-O’-Nil's deposit anchors onto the metal’s micro-structure and does not come off even when the metal is bent, punched, drilled or heated upto 350 degrees C. Paint and powder adhere strongly to this base.
Indian
Standard: 13515 '92 requires 30 days Salt Spray Test exposure and ASTM B117 requires 1540 hours exposure. Rass-O'-Nil treated hot-rolled
steel cleaned of mill scale and Cold Rolled steel sealed paint with standard passed both tests.
Rass-O’-Nil gives excellent salt-water and marine protection to the metal/paint.
