Protect paint and fabricated metal with Rass-O'-Nil
Rass-O'-Nil must be brushed or sprayed onto the metal surface for surface preparation and pre-treatment before liquid painting or powder-coating on fabricated steel.
Rass-O'-Nil removes dust, light oil, and surface rust. Rass-O'-Nil completely converts rust/oxidation including micro-rust, and reacts with metal surface to form a conductive metallurgical protective coat — all in one application.
Rass-O’-Nil's deposit anchors onto the metal’s micro-structure and does not come off even when the metal is bent, punched, drilled or heated upto 350 degrees C. Paint and powder-coating adhere strongly to this base. Rass-O’-Nil gives excellent salt water and marine protection to metal/paint.
The treated surface must be sealed or painted to make the surface totally resist corrosion. Rass-O'-Nil prevents creep rust underneath paint.
The Rass-O'-Nil treated surface must be kept away from water because Rass-O'-Nil's deposit is not water resistant by itself. The treated surface must be sealed or painted to make the surface totally resist corrosion. Rass-O'-Nil prevents creep rust underneath paint.
The Rass-O'-Nil treated metal may be stored, without a sealing agent or paint, in a dry and covered place.
