Protect Cold Rolled steel with Rass-O'-Nil

Rass-O'-Nil® removes dust, light oil, and surface rust. Rass-O'-Nil completely converts rust/oxidation including micro-rust, and reacts with metal surface to form a conductive metallurgical deposit — all in one step.

Cold rolled steel is used to make goods as diverse as furniture, panels, vents and hoppers, auto bodies, and white goods – (electrical/electronic appliances like washing machines, ACs, fans, fridge bodies etc).

Cold rolled steel is very sensitive to corrosion and rusts very easily. Rass-O’-Nil® prevents rust on cold rolled metal surface below paint and powder-coat for years at low cost.

Rass-O’-Nil's deposit anchors onto the metal’s micro-structure and does not come off even when the metal is bent, punched, or drilled.

Rass-O'-Nil must be brushed or sprayed onto the metal surface for surface preparation and pre-treatment before liquid painting or powder-coating on cold rolled steel.

Paint, electro-deposition, and various types of powder coating or plating adheres better to the Rass-O’-Nil treated metal surface. Rass-O’-Nil passed the IS 13515 ’92 adhesion test.

The Rass-O'-Nil system is eco-friendly, produces no waste, works at room temperature (saving energy) and reduces carbon emissions.

One kilogram Rass-O’-Nil covers about 800 square feet on Cold Rolled steel.
