Rass-O'-Nil pre-treatment replaces Pickling and Phosphating

The RASS-O'-NIL pre-treatment conversion coating process comprises three steps before powder coating:

1) Degrease, 2) RASS-O'-NIL treatment, 3) Oven dry.

RASS-O'-NIL eliminates ten steps compared to the conventional chromate conversion process. RASS-O'-NIL passivates the metal surface, improves bond and the overall performance of the powder coating.

RASS-O'-NIL produces no hazardous waste. See the green technology page for process benefits.
